Nogales Psychological Counseling, Inc. can offer your clients the clinical evaluation they need to win their immigration case.  The three most common types of immigration cases in which a psychosocial evaluation will help your case are: political asylum, extreme hardship and domestic abuse. Other cases, deal with Victims of Crime, where a U-Visa applicant might benefit from having a full assessment of the psychological trauma as a result of being a victim or witnessing a crime.   We have over 30 years experience working with patients who have been victims of a crime, including domestic abuse, child abuse and human trafficking in addition to assault, battery, torture and robbery.  We specialize in providing services to these victims and determining their diagnosis.

Our services are conducted by a licensed professional mental health provider.  We offer bilingual (Spanish)and bicultural professionals to serve our clients  We understand how critical these reports can be for a case before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) so you can trust that we will provide the highest quality and timely services to our clients.
